This is exactly where you come in: As a Senior SEA Manager – E-Commerce (m/f/d), you’ll steer our entire Google Ads strategy on a large scale—from Search and Shopping to Performance Max and YouTube Ads. You’ll develop scalable campaign structures, optimize bidding strategies, and drive profitable growth across the entire funnel. You think in terms of ROAS, CAC, and marginal economics; you act based on data while never losing sight of the big picture.

Your mission

  • You’ll be part of our performance marketing team and will be responsible for our entire Google Ads channel: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads
  • You’ll independently manage a 7-figure advertising budget and make data-driven decisions regarding bidding, scaling, and profitability
  • You’ll work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and our creative, feed, and data teams to achieve maximum impact across the entire funnel
  • You’ll develop and test high-converting ad copy, shopping feed optimizations, and asset combinations that truly reach our target audience and drive them to take action
  • You’ll analyze and optimize international campaigns that reach millions of people—with a focus on keyword strategies, auction dynamics, and scalability
  • You’ll have a deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and the relationship between Google Ads and Google Analytics, and you’ll make decisions based on sound analysis
  • You continuously develop your skills through ongoing internal and external training in performance marketing and the ever-changing Google Ads landscape

Your profile

  • You have a college degree—ideally in business administration, marketing, business informatics, computer science, or a related field
  • You have several years of in-depth experience with Google Ads for e-commerce and DTC brands—ideally with a focus on Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
  • You have excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, feed management, tracking, and attribution, and know how to scale campaigns profitably
  • You’re analytical, tech-savvy, and love numbers—ROAS, CPA, Impression Share, and Auction Insights are the basis for your decisions, not just side notes
  • You have excellent German and English skills—we work in an international team
  • You work in a structured, fast-paced, and independent manner—even with large budgets and tight deadlines
  • You’re a quick learner, highly disciplined, and passionate about taking campaigns to the next level
  • You handle pressure to perform with confidence—big goals motivate you rather than hold you back
