Du siehst einen Reel und weißt nach drei Sekunden, warum er funktioniert.

Du erkennst, welche Ästhetiken gerade entstehen, welche Creator relevant werden und welche Formate morgen überall im Feed auftauchen werden.

Du verstehst Instagram nicht als Plattform für schöne Bilder. Du verstehst, wie Reels, Stories, Community, Creator und Content zusammenspielen, um Reichweite und eine starke Brand aufzubauen.

Für Pammys suchen wir einen Instagram Specialist (m/w/d), der Instagram wirklich lebt und unseren Kanal auf das nächste Level bringt.

Pammys ist in nur vier Jahren auf über 1 Million Kundinnen und Kunden gewachsen. Jetzt wollen wir unsere organische Präsenz deutlich stärker ausbauen und Pammys zu einer Brand entwickeln, der Menschen nicht nur wegen ihrer Produkte folgen.

Dafür suchen wir keinen klassischen Social Media Manager.

Wir suchen jemanden mit Taste, Trendgespür, Ideen und einem tiefen Verständnis für Instagram.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Instagram-Trends, Creator und neue Formate früh erkennen und für Pammys übersetzen
  • Neue Reels-, Story- und Content-Formate entwickeln und testen
  • unseren Instagram-Kanal operativ weiterentwickeln und organische Reichweite und Community aufbauen
  • Content planen, steuern und gemeinsam mit unserem Content Team umsetzen
  • Creator und relevante Accounts identifizieren und für neue Formate nutzen
  • Content Performance analysieren und erfolgreiche Formate konsequent skalieren
  • eng mit Social Media, Content Production, Influencer Marketing und Brand zusammenarbeiten

Dein Profil

  • Du lebst Instagram und kennst aktuelle Trends, Creator und Plattformmechaniken
  • Du hast ein starkes Gespür für Fashion, Ästhetik, Content, Popkultur und Social Media
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Instagram, Social Media, Content oder Creator Marketing ist ein Plus
  • Du verstehst, wie organische Reichweite, Engagement und Community entstehen
  • Du hast ein außergewöhnlich gutes Auge und erkennst schnell, ob Content zur Brand und Plattform passt
  • Du bist kreativ, schnell, neugierig und bringst aktiv eigene Ideen ein
  • Du analysierst Performance und entwickelst Content auf Basis der Learnings weiter
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
